Flats in need of renovation for sale in Radicondoli

We sell a very special space, which used to be an ancient olive mill that can now be used as apartment. It is built on the XV century city wall and it is still conserving on place the original press. It is in need of total refurbishment. Due to dimensons of its vaulted rooms it would be ideal as living/workshop space. We are selling it together with a refurbishment project already approved by the Superintendency deparment and Planning Office. Expand
